Hi There, I've got an error message when I turn on my Printer: Err: MINTEMPThe printer was working fine yesterday, and nothing has change since then. I've check the resistance of the 2 thermistors: - Bed thermistor ~180 ohm - Head thermistor ~ 120 ohm They are plugged correctly as yesterday there where reporting the correct temperatures. Do you have any idea what can I check next? Thank you for your support. Gael.

I'll try to put some clear contact bomb on the connectors tomorrow to see if that change something.

You can try to print using USB connection. To have console outputs you need to use software like www.pronterface.com/Here is the link for direct download: koti.kapsi.fi/~kliment/printrun/Printrun-Win-Slic3r-12July2013.zipYou need to connect a USB cable on the machine. You will need to install Arduino IDE . Either provided on the SD card, or by downloading it on the official website: www.arduino.cc/en/Main/SoftwareOnce the IDE is installed the drivers will also install themselves. You will then be able to run Pronterface and connect to the machine. On pronterface you might need to enable the console outputs. With pronterface you can directly send Gcode to the printer, or send single commands. Does it help or do you need mode details?

Can you also try to print using another SD card? maybe the issue is related to the SD card itself.

I think I found the problem 2 transistors are blowed. What could be the cause of this? Do you think I can change them or is it better to change the board? Do you have the ref of these? Gael.

Can you tell me if the electronic box 80mm fan was blowing? Some short circuit might have also have caused this, or the 80mm fan of the electronic box being stopped.
On this indeed you can change the transistors, the ref is P55NF0 but you will also need to change the blue terminals.
We can also send you a new board where we can put an additional heatsink on this transistor or we can also provide you with a stand alone SSR 25A DC Static relay to avoid this issue. On my side I've been running without any heatsink all along for about 1 year.

After changing the board, the temp problem is now solved.
Thanks.
